Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent field of study and at least 3 years of high volume, recruiting/staffing experience is required.

 

The rightFIT for this position will:

  • Be skilled in soliciting input and proactively evaluating business, client and candidate needs; proven ability to take initiative and look beyond the obvious for improvements and solutions

  • Proficiency in identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner

  • Proficiency in gathering and analyzing information to recruit a variety of diverse position

  • Ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • Exceptional attention to detail, planning, problem solving, organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs as needed
